These FAQs cover how our retainer plans work, what’s included, and how our team supports your website on an ongoing basis.

A web retainer is a monthly agreement that ensures you have ongoing access to our team for website updates, maintenance, and support without needing to request individual quotes for every task. Each retainer includes different levels of service. 

Retainers provide predictable costs, priority service, and faster turnaround times. They’re ideal for businesses that need regular updates or proactive site management.

If you select a retainer package with included work hours or want to take advantage of our discounted rate, here are some examples of tasks that may be covered:

  • Content updates (text, images, blog posts)
  • Design tweaks and layout adjustments
  • Performance optimization
  • Minor troubleshooting

This does not include things like functionality changes, or major design/content changes, but we would be happy to provide a discounted quote on those services. 

Service hours do not carry over to the next month. Each month, you’ll receive the allotted hours included in your retainer. If a task is expected to exceed your available hours, we’ll provide a quote in advance before proceeding with the work.

For hourly requests, we’ll provide a detailed quote for the work before starting. Once you approve the quote, your project will be added to our priority queue.

For retainer clients, services are pre-billed. You can choose monthly, quarterly, or yearly payment options, with a minimum commitment of three months. Monthly billing requires a credit card on file.

All service requests must be submitted through our client portal by creating a service ticket. Requests made outside the portal will not be processed.
